Bei den Beiträgen handelt es sich um aktuelle Bestandsaufnahmen der Forschungsgruppe für Entwicklungsperspektiven Afrikas an der Universität Bremen. Dargestellt werden Aspekte der Arbeitsmarktpolitik, Strukturen des informellen Sektors, die Ernährungs- und Umweltpolitik, die Förderung der Kleinindustrie und Hilfen zur strukturellen Anpassung auf lokaler sowie regionaler Ebene.
