Arthur de Liedekerke, M.A.

Arthur de Liedekerke, M.A. is EU Affairs Director at Rasmussen Global with previous experience in the French Ministry for the Armed Forces and the institutions of the European Union (Commission and Parliament) on cybersecurity and defence matters. He holds two masters' degrees – in "European Studies: International Relations" from the University of Maastricht and in "Geopolitics, Territory and Security" from King's College London. His work has appeared in outlets including the Council on Foreign Relations, Politico, The Diplomat and the Polish Institute of International Affairs, among others. He has recently coauthored a chapter in Global Security in Times of Covid-19 - Brave New World? (published by Palgrave Macmillan). He is also Non-Resident Fellow at the Center for Conflict Analysis and Crisis Management.
