Jahreskonferenz der Arbeitsgemeinschaft deutscher wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Forschungsinstitute e. V. (ARGE), die im Mai 2003 in Berlin abgehalten wurde. Die Arbeitsgemeinschaft ist insofern bekannt, als sechs ihrer Mitglieder zweimal jährlich das Gutachten zur Beurteilung der Wirtschaftslage, die so genannte Gemeinschaftsdiagnose, erstellen. Die Abhandlungen des Beiheftes sind daher nur für solche Leser zu empfehlen, die in den quantitativen Methoden der Wirtschaftswissenschaften sattelfest sind.
